With the rate of change in the global economy, individual and organization development are critical ongoing imperatives. Organizations that don’t invest in development are in serious peril of losing their competitive edge in the marketplace and in the war for talent.
The mission of Pro Capability Training & Consulting is to build capability in scientific, engineering, and technical organizations and individuals. We define ‘building capability’ as the process to develop the skills and knowledge of an individual or an organization toward achieving desired business objectives. Development is the centerpiece of an effective talent management strategy.
Pro Capability Training & Consulting is designed to be your resource to ensure your organization meets its development needs. We go beyond simply offering ‘off the shelf’ training products. We work with you to custom-design the most effective learning or development programs based on a rigorous needs assessment. Depending on the need, we’ll work closely with the right resources in your organization to measure the impact of those programs .
No matter where you are in the process of upgrading your organization’s capability, call us to discuss how we can help.
